Kathryn Norwood Researcher and Coordinator Kathryn manages the office and recruitment administration. She holds an Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Glasgow and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Research Methods from Queens University Belfast.
Valerie Reid Management Psychologist Valerie Reid has an honours degree in psychology and is also a British Psychological Society approved occupational tester. She looks after our candidate assessment services and is a director of the firm.
